Any enterprise in this world is created and run by Human. To allow it to grow and create an organisation one need to have the Human assets who add value. A right set of Human Assets can build the business further in building products/services, processes and services for better profitability (Social Impact if its NGO).
The size doesn't matter to build an HR Function ( which is internal to every individual or an individual helping other individuals). The Smaller organisations would need HR Functional Knowledge support to make sure that they do not endup in costly mistakes listed few:
- Today promise to one individual may become RULE tomorrow for everyone. Nobody would appreciate the logic that was way old!!! Setting right and balance expectations and promises would help...
- Today's culture influences tomorrow's business : Building culture of an organisation starts from day one with the Owner(s) and continued with each individual getting into it...
- Any processes or Performance is a habit... can't change when the customer expectations are at peak...
