Employment Agreement would help the employer and employee to have a common understanding of the relation. It can be in the form of Appointment Terms and Conditions or an independent document covering the agreed terms or It can be on a legal paper/document.
This would always helps in guiding both to understand the rights and previleges along with required support system to be created. It helps to reduce all the legal implications which may arise out of direct disputes / percevable difference. This would be a base for better discussions to resolve any issues amicably. This would also help for any statutory compliances.
